1. What is ZPHI-Base?
ZPHI-Base is a comprehensive database for zoonotic-associated pathogen-host protein-protein interactions(HPPPIs). ZPHI-Base not only provides search function but also provides software to predict whether the pathogen protein will interact with the host protein.
We systematically incorporating public databases as well as related publications to provide a platform for searching PPIs between zoonotic pathogens and host. What's more a deeplearning based software has been provided for predicting PPIs between them.
